Quotation 

All quotes are valid for  7 days in this time a deposit will be required to secure a date otherwise you could risk the date being given to someone else as we cannot hold a date on the understanding you may book when others are waiting for quotes

Deposit and balance

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with balance due no later than 4 weeks prior your wedding or required date if you cancel with less than 4weeks notice full payment will have to be made.....

Cake bookings with less than 4 weeks notice require payment in full

Where you are unsure of a wedding cake design but would like to secure the date we can arrange a holding deposit until full quote on your design can be provided....

In the event of payment not being made the order will not be for filled 

Cancellations

A 50% deposit is taken in order to secure your date and is therefore non-refundable because as a small business we can only take a small amount of orders and it means we have to decline other orders to make sure we can devote enough time on your order therefore any cancellation means a result in a loss of earnings.

Also time in design, emails, consultations, phone calls ,research, buying tools and ingredients etc need to be taken into consideration and for these reasons in event of cancellation our policy is as follows......

0-4 weeks from delivery date 100% of the total cost will be invoiced

4 weeks or more from delivery date 50% will be invoiced

We recommend you take out wedding insurance to cover you in the events of cancellation

If your wedding has to be moved we will require you to call beforehand to discuss this to make sure your new date is available if it is then we are happy to transfer the deposit but please DO NOT book a new date without asking us first otherwise you will be at risk of losing your deposit

If a date is moved into the next financial year you may be secure too pay balance before year end and also incur up to a 20% price increase to cover ingredients and other costs

Alterations or changes to a design/order

Changes to your order or wedding cake design will be required at least 6 weeks before delivery date but remember this may mean you will have to be charged extra to change your original design/quote already given

You will be required to put changes in writing

Diets and allergens

If you have any dietary requirements please advise at time of order as we cannot be responsible for these if not noted

We take great care but cannot guarantee 100% of any traces or take responsibility for other products labelled free from......

Delivery and set up

We take great pride in delivering and setting up a cake safely and get a signature where possible to say its arrived safely in good condition 

If you wish to collect a cake you do so at your own risk and we cannot be responsible once left our premises 

Complaints

In the unlikely event of a complaint you will be required to return the product for testing within 24 hours 

The cake must have been stored at room temperature and covered well with cling film to stop it drying out and away from direct sunlight and heat
